Tom Green - Car Accident Reported By Todd Schafer Tom Green was reported to be involved in a very serious car accident. The Golden State Regional Hospital was the hospital where the Canadian actor was brought after a minor traffic accident which resulted into physical altercation in Fullerton, California. The Mercedez car which Tom Green was driving struck a pick up truck towing a landscaping equipment."He didn't have a chance against these men who attacked him before he said a single word to them", replied a visibly shaken onlooker.
