The TBS or the The Bill Engvall Show series, in which the comedian plays a family counselor, has managed to make it to a third season despite colorless characters and its limp domestic humor. What is missing from "The Bill Engvall Show" (TBS, 9 p.m. Saturdays) is present just about everywhere on television: therapy.
