Spurs Nab Richard Jefferson By Todd Schafer San Antonio needed a major infusion of offensive talent this season, and it appears the team has found it. It was reported that Spurs have traded Richard Jefferson sending away Fabricio Oberto, Kurt Thomas and Bruce Bowen. Jefferson was nabbed to join the Spurs since he has been a moderately efficient scorer and he can provide much relief to Tim Duncan and Tony Parker in the starting line up for the team. Though he was not an ace player doing defense, he has played hardcore for Scott Skiles and has not missed even a game in the last two seasons.
