NASCAR Sprint Cup Series: Phoenix International Raceway - Race Results
By Todd Schafer
The 36th victory of Mark Martin’s career was perhaps his most fulfilling. Martin, who has waffled on retirement several times in the last four years, started from the pole and led the pack at 157 of 312 laps. The 50-year-old pole-sitter bounced away from Tony Stewart after a restart with six laps remaining to win Saturday night’s Subway Fresh Fit 500 held at Phoenix International Raceway.
