Hard Boiled Eggs for Easter Egg Hunt
By Todd Schafer
Easter is nearly upon us. Have you started thinking ahead to what you're going to do with all those hard-boiled eggs? Simplw Steps in Making your Easter Egg: Boil eggs well and immerse eggs in cold water. Let the water come to a boil, then lower it to a slow boil for ten minutes. -After cooking, put the eggs in the refrigerator until ready to use. Boiling eggs removes the protective coating applied by producers, making the eggs more ideal for bacterial growth. - When decorating your Easter egg take a few out of the refrigerator one at a time. Start decorating and put them back into the refrigerator as soon as you finish. |
